Website: all online platforms operated and served by Thai Htee Team.

User / Member / Customer: anyone who accesses the website, registers as a member, buys a ticket, or joins as an Affiliate.

Lottery Ticket: the official Thai Government Lottery tickets sold through the website.

Affiliate: a person registered in Thai Htee Team's Affiliate Program to help promote sales on a commission basis.

2.1 Age restriction. Under the laws in force in Thailand and Myanmar, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2.2 Compliance. We may suspend, without prior notice, any account belonging to someone under age, registered with false personal information, or used for any unlawful purpose.

2.3 Your legal responsibility. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in. We accept no responsibility for any issue arising from use by someone under the required age.

3.1 Accurate information. The information you provide when registering must be true, accurate and complete.

3.2 Keeping credentials safe. You are responsible for keeping your password, OTP and login details confidential.

3.3 Account responsibility. Every order, payment and activity carried out through your account is treated as your own, and you alone are responsible for it.

3.4 Compromised accounts. Except to the extent required by law, we accept no responsibility for a leaked password or a hacked account.

4.1 Check before you order. Please check your chosen lottery numbers carefully before placing an order.

4.2 No changes after submission. Once an order is submitted, numbers cannot be edited, cancelled or changed.

4.3 When an order becomes final. A purchase is only valid once payment has succeeded and the system has confirmed it.

4.4 System errors. In the event of a technical error, a duplicate order, or any other system fault, we reserve the right to re-check and review orders.

5.1 Official payment only. Payment must be made for the exact amount, using only the official bank accounts and mobile payment methods listed on the website.

5.2 Fraud prevention. If we find a forged payment slip, a faked transfer, money laundering, or any attempt to defraud the system, we will: close the account immediately without prior notice; cancel all existing orders; withhold any commission obtained dishonestly; and take legal action where necessary.

5.3 No refunds. Once payment has succeeded and the order is confirmed, no refund will be issued for any reason.

6.1 Draw dates. The Thai Government Lottery is drawn on the 1st and the 16th of each month. On public holidays the draw may occasionally be moved to another date.

6.2 Home delivery deadline. To receive your tickets by home delivery, your payment must be confirmed by 12:00 midnight Myanmar time on the 7th and the 22nd of each month.

6.3 Orders past the deadline (Private Deposit Box). Confirmed tickets ordered after the deadline are kept safe for you, free of charge, in a Private Deposit Box at a bank or a professional custody company.

6.4 Delays outside our control. Our liability is limited for delivery delays caused by courier delays, severe weather, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

7.1 Official results. Results are confirmed solely according to the announcement of the Government Lottery Office (GLO).

7.2 Identity verification. To claim a prize you must complete the identity verification process set out by the website.

7.3 Proof of identity. You must be able to present your original details — name, phone number, the voucher and order number in the system, and a passport or national ID.

7.4 Prize transfer fee. In line with the standard terms of the prize-paying offices in Thailand, a Prize Money Transfer Fee of 2% of the total prize is deducted, and the remaining prize money is then transferred to you in full.

7.5 Incorrect bank details. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect bank account number or payment details supplied by you.

8.1 How commission is calculated. Affiliate commission is calculated only on completed orders — real purchases made through your unique link or promo code where payment succeeded.

8.2 Dishonest activity. Self-purchases, fake orders, bot traffic, spam, fake accounts and any other fraudulent activity are excluded from commission.

8.3 Action on fraud. If the system detects dishonest activity we will: cancel all commission earned; withhold any pending commission; and permanently close the Affiliate account without prior notice.

8.4 Rate changes. We may change commission rates at any time as market conditions require.

Affiliate creators must follow the official Community Guidelines and Advertising Policy of every platform they post on — TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and any other social network.

We accept no responsibility if your own social media account is suspended, banned or demonetised because of content you created, including through the use of gambling-related wording.

The logo, trademark, brand name, artwork, designs, source code, database, images, text and video content on the website are the exclusive property of Thai Htee Team.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, reselling or redistributing any of it without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to do any of the following:

Use forged payment slips, or another person's name or false identity documents.

Share one account between several people (account sharing).

Attempt to hack the website, or reverse-engineer the system.

Use bots, distribute malware or viruses, or spam the service.

Launder money, or breach the website's security.

We may permanently close any account that breaches the above, immediately.

Personal data you provide is stored and protected securely in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.

It will not be disclosed to any third party, except where lawfully requested by the competent authorities under the law in force.

You accept that we are not responsible for any failure or delay in our service caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

Natural disasters, fire, war, and government emergency orders.

International internet outages, and server or cyber attacks.

Power failures and pandemics.

Our liability is limited to our services and only to the extent permitted by the law in force. We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profit, or any other consequential loss.

To keep improving our service, we may modify, add to, or suspend our services, commission rates, features, payment methods and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

We may suspend or permanently close any account we find to be breaching these terms, committing fraud, using forged payment slips, creating fake accounts, conducting unlawful business, or harming the website's security.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and applied within the legal framework of the jurisdiction in which the website officially operates. Every user also agrees to comply with the laws in force in their own country of residence.

Any updated version of these Terms & Conditions takes effect automatically from the date it is published on the website.
